Perjanjian Penjualan Jarak Jauh

Article 1 — Parties

Seller: ZincirX Inc.. The address and contact details are in the "Service provider" section at the end of this page.

Buyer: the person who holds an account on pqc-imza.com and places the order. The buyer's name and email are those registered to the account.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the sale and performance of the document signing service (a single document or a pack of document credits) that the Buyer orders electronically on pqc-imza.com.

Article 3 — Service, price and payment

• The main characteristics of the service, current prices and payment methods are in the Pre-Contractual Information, which forms part of this agreement.
• The total price of the order is the amount shown on Stripe's payment page at checkout. Payment is taken in advance.
• The order's details (product, amount, date) are in your account and in the payment confirmation.

Article 4 — Performance

• For a single document, the document is opened for signature as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• For a credit pack, the credits are added to the Buyer's account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire.
• For a plan, the documents of each period are added to the Buyer's account as soon as that period's payment is confirmed; they are used before purchased credits and lapse at the end of the period. A plan renews automatically for the same period until the Buyer cancels it, which takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• The service is provided electronically; nothing is delivered physically.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

• For single-document orders there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, because the service begins electronically at once, with the Buyer's express consent, before the withdrawal period ends.
• For credit-pack orders the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. The price of unused credits is then refunded; the price of used credits is not.
• For a plan, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of its first payment without giving a reason. The whole payment is refunded if no document of the plan has been used; otherwise the payment for that period is not refunded, because the service began with the Buyer's consent. Renewals carry no new right of withdrawal.
• Notice of withdrawal is given by email to hello@pqc-imza.com from the email address registered to the Buyer's account. The Seller refunds to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving it.

Article 6 — Obligations

• The Seller provides the service in line with the Terms of Service.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the account details, for the security of the wallet and signing keys, and for using the service lawfully.
• A document credit that cannot be used for a technical reason on the Seller's side is refunded or returned to the Buyer's account as a credit.

Article 7 — Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the Buyer lives, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and by the Consumer Court above those limits.

Article 8 — Entry into force

By ticking the box on the payment page, the Buyer declares having read the Pre-Contractual Information and accepts every provision of this agreement. The agreement is formed when the payment is confirmed. The time of acceptance and the version of the text accepted are kept with the order; the current text of this agreement is always on this page.
