This form gives you the information required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation before you place an order. By ticking the box on the payment page you confirm that you have read it.

1. Seller

The seller's name, address and contact details, and those of the company that operates the service from Türkiye on the seller's behalf, are at the end of this page.

2. Main characteristics of the service

PQC Imza is an online service for signing documents electronically with post-quantum cryptography (ML-DSA) and recording the signed document's fingerprint on the SciChain blockchain. Each document credit you buy covers opening one document for signature, collecting its signatures however many signers there are, producing the signed PDF and recording the document on the blockchain. A plan gives a set number of documents in each billing period, on the same terms. The signatures are not secure electronic signatures under Law No. 5070; see the Terms of Service.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The amount shown on the payment page is the total you pay; no fee or charge is added to it. The bank that issued your card may charge its own fee for payments in a foreign currency. Signing is free for signatories.

Plans are paid in US dollars, by card through Stripe only, in advance for each period.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance through Stripe, by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

5. Performance

• Single document: the document is opened for signature as soon as the payment is confirmed; the service begins electronically at once.
• Credit pack: the credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire; each one is used when you open a document for signature.
• Plan: the documents of each period are added to your account as soon as that period's payment is confirmed. They are used before purchased credits, and those not used by the end of the period lapse; purchased credits are not affected.

6. Right of withdrawal

• Single-document payments: under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed electronically at once and begun, with your consent, before the withdrawal period ends. On the payment page you confirm that you ask for the service to start immediately.
• Credit packs: you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. On withdrawal the price of the unused credits is refunded; credits already used are not, because their performance began with your consent.
• Plans: you may withdraw within 14 days of a plan's first payment without giving a reason. If no document of the plan has been used, the whole payment is refunded; if any has, the service began with your consent and the payment for that period is not refunded. Renewals carry no new right of withdrawal; you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.
• Send your notice of withdrawal to hello@pqc-imza.com from the email address registered to your account. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving it.

7. Duration

Single documents and credit packs are one-off purchases. A plan is a subscription that renews automatically for the same period (a month or a year) until you cancel it, and your card is charged at each renewal. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the Credits page; the plan then ends at the close of the period already paid, and nothing more is charged. We announce a change to a plan's price at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@pqc-imza.com. In a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.
